The
Enoughness Series

A Space to Pause and Come Home to Yourself

Safe enough to open.

Good enough to read.

Worthy enough to receive what's inside.

The Enoughness Series isn't a self-help collection in the traditional sense. There are no ten-step plans and no promises that everything will be fine if you just think differently. What there is across every book in this series is a space to pause, come home to yourself, and look honestly at the patterns you've been carrying, where they came from, and begin, gently and without force, to put down what was never yours to hold.

Each book stands alone and can be read in any order. Together they form a complete arc, from money and inherited shame through to the invisible weight of over-responsibility and being the capable one everyone leans on.

Who Ever Said... "It's Just Money, Honey?"

A guide for women healing inherited shame and reclaiming self-worth

It's Just Money Honey - Book

Money is never just about money. For many people it carries the weight of inherited expectations, family patterns, cultural messages, and unspoken shame. This book is a compassionate and practical guide to understanding the emotional roots beneath your financial beliefs and behaviours.

Blending therapeutic insight with gentle self-reflection, it invites you to explore where your money story began, how it shaped your sense of worth, and what becomes possible when you release what was never truly yours to carry.

Through guided prompts, nervous-system-aware practices, and supportive exercises, you'll begin to create a more grounded, confident, and self-honouring relationship with money.

Who Ever Said... "You're Strong, You Can Handle It?"

The messy, invisible weight of being the responsible one.

Sorry, no holding back, this one is real and unapologetically raw.

You're Strong You Can Handle It - Book

When someone dies, the world often looks to one person to carry the weight: the one who will organise, the one who will stay steady, the one who will hold it all together. If you are that person, this book is for you.

This is not a guide about how to do death right. It is a compassionate, validating, and deeply human companion for the executors, organisers, fixers, and the ones who hold everything together while quietly carrying more than their share.

Inside you'll explore the emotional and physical toll of managing death and its aftermath, the complex grief of relationships that were not simple or resolved, the hidden labour of paperwork and timelines and expectations, the inherited patterns of being the strong one, and gentle tools for grounding, processing, and restoring your energy.

You don't have to perform strength here. You get to tell the truth.

Sonia Skewes

Sonia Skewes is an Advanced Relational Integrative Practitioner, Accredited Social Worker, and creator of the N.E.R.V.E. Method™, based in Penguin, Tasmania, and working with clients internationally.

She works at the intersection of money, trauma, identity, and the nervous system, supporting healthcare professionals, therapists, and helping practitioners to heal inherited emotional patterns, rewire survival responses around finances, and reclaim a deeper sense of self-worth.

Her understanding of money trauma is not theoretical. Shaped by lived experience including navigating the complexities of a multi-million dollar family estate, she brings both clinical expertise and profound personal understanding to everything she writes and every client she works with.

She believes that most money struggles are nervous system patterns, not discipline problems, and nervous system patterns can evolve.

Drawing on modalities including Relational Integrative EMDR, Brainspotting, Root Cause Therapy, and somatic awareness, her approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply human.
