The Therapist's Money Shame Checklist

If money still brings up guilt, avoidance or that familiar “I really ought to have this sorted by now” feeling, this checklist offers a gentle place to start.

Created for therapists, nurses and allied health professionals, this checklist helps you recognise the patterns that can sit underneath discounting, delayed invoices, discomfort around fees and avoiding your numbers — without turning it into another financial to-do list.

Think of it as a mirror: a chance to notice what’s there, understand what your nervous system may be protecting you from, and begin looking at money with less shame and more curiosity.

In recognition of the deep history and culture of this beautiful Island, Lutruwita. We acknowledge the traditional Custodians of this land, the Palawa people.
